FREE DELIVERY OFFERED IF YOUR ORDER REACHES 60€ AMOUNT
If the order amount is equal or more than 60€, we offer you’re the free shipment. Otherwise, please see below the shipment fee:
- Home delivery in France: 3,90€, by letter Max the post office service between (0€ -59€).
- Rest of the world and French DOM TOM: 20€ .If the order amount reaches 300€ or more, the shipment fee is offered. All the taxes or charges concerning the importation are at the buyer’s charge.
- Packages are usually shipped within 3 business days after receiving your payment. Whatever the shipping method is, we will provide you a link allowing you to track the delivery of your package online very shortly. Shipping costs include packaging, handling and postage.
After Sales Service
ECHANGE
You have the option to exchange any unused or non-discounted product ordered on our website within 10 days from the date of receipt of your order.
To proceed the exchange, you must first send an email to our Customer Service stating precisely the number of your order, the reference of the article you ordered and that of the article that you wish to exchange. If the exchange is possible (subject to availability), the product must be returned in its original condition and packaging, accompanied by its invoice, to the following address by post:

LBV will proceed the exchange within 10 days (subject to availability).
GUARANTEE AND REPARATIONS
The customer benefits a two-year guarantee. The warranty covers damage that, in the opinion of LA BELLE VIE, is not caused by improper use, accident, a jewelry’s normal worn-out with time, attempted repair, negligence, non-compliance with product care tips.
Any item under warranty which shows a lack of conformity may, upon presentation of the proof of purchase, be repaired or replaced by an identical item or another item of comparable value.
Beyond the two years of legal warranty, we shall not provide free exchange or support but we ensure repairs with a reasonable fee.
